Electrolux Oven/Range F23 Error Code
An oven heating element (bake or broil) has failed or is shorted.
Common causes
- Open or shorted heating element
- Faulty relay on control board
- Loose or burned wiring connection
How to fix it
- Turn off oven and inspect element for visible damage (blisters, breaks).
- Measure element resistance; should be 20-50 ohms (not infinite or near zero).
- Check wire connections at element and relay.
