The dishwasher is not reaching the proper water temperature during the cycle.
Common causes
- Faulty heating element
- Defective temperature sensor (NTC)
- Wiring issue to the heater
How to fix it
- Check the water heater temperature setting (should be at least 120°F).
- Inspect the heating element for visible damage or corrosion.
- Measure resistance of the heating element with a multimeter (expect 20-30 ohms).
