The dispenser control board (ice/water) is not communicating with the main board.
Common causes
- Failed dispenser board
- Loose harness connector
- Water damage to dispenser board
How to fix it
- Unplug and check the connector between dispenser board and main board (behind dispenser panel).
- Reconnect firmly, then plug back in.
- If error returns, replace the dispenser board.
