Frigidaire Dryer E82 Error Code
Similar to E81, but specifically from the vent sensor indicating restricted exhaust.
Common causes
- Lint accumulation in vent system
- Vent hose crushed behind dryer
- Failed airflow sensor
How to fix it
- Pull dryer out and inspect vent hose – straighten any kinks.
- Use compressed air or vent brush to clean entire duct run.
- Check that vent is less than 25 ft and not plastic (use rigid metal).
