Frigidaire Dryer E64 Error Code
The dryer is not heating because the heating element or its circuit is faulty.
Common causes
- Open heating element
- Burnt wiring or connector
- Failed thermal fuse
How to fix it
- Unplug dryer and check continuity of heating element with multimeter (should be ~10-50 ohms).
- Inspect wiring and connectors for burns or breaks.
- Test thermal fuse (located on blower housing) for continuity; replace if open.
