The drive motor or its circuit has failed, preventing the drum from turning.
Common causes
- Faulty motor or start capacitor
- Broken belt or seized drum
- Defective motor relay on control board
How to fix it
- Check if the drum turns freely by hand; if stuck, clear obstruction or replace belt.
- Remove rear panel and test motor windings for continuity with a multimeter.
- Inspect start capacitor for bulging or leakage.
