Samsung Refrigerator 33E Error Code
The defrost sensor in the freezer is open circuit, similar to 5E but located differently.
Common causes
- Defrost thermistor failure
- Wiring harness issue
- Connector corrosion
How to fix it
- Access the sensor behind the freezer back panel and test resistance (should be ~7-10k ohms at room temp).
- Replace if open or shorted.
- Check for moisture damage at connector.
