Common causes

  • Disconnected or faulty thermistor
  • Improper water supply temperature

How to fix it

  1. Check water heater settings (120°F recommended)
  2. Ensure both hot and cold hoses are connected to correct valves
  3. Measure thermistor resistance with multimeter
