The water heater is not reaching temperature during wash or rinse.
Common causes
- Faulty heating element
- Broken wire to heater
- Thermistor malfunction
How to fix it
- Unplug washer and check heater connections for damage.
- Measure resistance of heating element (should be ~10-30 ohms).
