The washer took too long to drain water, usually over 8 minutes.
Common causes
- Clogged drain hose or pump filter

How to fix it
- Check and clean the drain pump filter (usually behind the lower access panel).
- Ensure the drain hose is not kinked or blocked, and is elevated properly.
