The door switch is detected as stuck in the pressed position (door closed) even when open, or vice versa.
Common causes
- Stuck door switch plunger
- Faulty switch
- Wiring short
How to fix it
- Press and release the door switch button manually to see if it moves freely.
- Clean around the switch with compressed air.
- Test switch continuity with multimeter.
