Amana Dryer F08 Error Code
The cycle selector knob or electronic user interface is not communicating correctly with the control board.
Common causes
- Faulty user interface board
- Loose wiring to control panel
- Damaged rotary knob or membrane switch
How to fix it
- With dryer off, rotate the cycle selector knob several times to clean contacts.
- Unplug dryer for 5 minutes, then plug back in and try again.
- Inspect ribbon cable between UI board and main board for damage.
